Our wines

Marcel Georges’ wine estate has been producing the Domaine du Château de l’Hers since 2001 for the red wine and since 2007 for the white wine.

Domaine du Château de l’Hers has been named after the estate on which the vineyard and the winery are located.

Marcel Georges’ wines are made from the blending of grape varieties which Châteauneuf-du-Pape has long been famous for. It is vinified in the traditional way in conformity with the local customs and with the appellation regulations. It originates from integrated wine growing, which will soon become organic growing. Indeed, 2009 is the first year we are converting to organic wine growing.
