The vaulted room
Capacity :
• 60 people in seminar
• 100 people for a lecture setting
• 80 people seated for dinner
• 150 people for a standing cocktail

To enhance your seminars or corporate events, we offer you the expertise of the best caterers in the region : Brunet, Helen, Marseille and Meffrewhich will serve you breakfast, lunches or dinners.
Cocktails could also be offered to your guests inside or outside facing the vineyards surrounding the domain.
Cooking classes and gourmet meals around the wine theme can also be arranged on request, in partnership with Vaucluse chefs.

The tasting room
This room, which can accommodate 10 to 12 persons, houses the vaults of the Marcel Georges Vineyards. It is equipped with a lounge area and a tasting table.

The vineyard has eight red varieties of wine and five varieties of white. All these wines compose the typical "symphony of 13 varieties" Châteauneuf-du-Pape designation. Traditionally vinified, « Le Domaine du Château de l'Hers ® » wine comes from a vineyard with a rational culture and which is going through an organic conversion since 2009.
In 2007, four Chateauneuf-du-Pape featured among the top ten wines according to the Wine Spectator, which elected a Chateauneuf-du-Pape as "best wine in the world."

In parallel to your meeting or your prestigious events on a smaller committee in the vaulted room, the winemaker Marcel Georges will make you discover and appraise his wines.
