Domaine du Château de l’Hers White

Châteauneuf-du-Pape white wines, representing 6% of total current production, are a rare and distinctive product. Very aromatic and admirably fresh, the elegance and complexity of their aromas come as a pleasant surprise.

The “Buttercup Yellow” white wine from the Marcel Georges vineyard, with its deep colour and its marked aromas (citrus fruits, floral notes) is rounded and well-balanced. It is characterized by exceptional length, and is always a reliable choice to impress your guests with.

It can be enjoyed from two years old. Around five years, it develops aromas of hazelnut and toast.

It should be served cold, around 12°C [54°F].
